This privacy policy is aimed at explaining the rules of the processing of your personal data and to describe your basic rights in relation to the processing of your data.

Administrator of personal data

The administrator of personal data is Kruger Polska Sp. z o.o., 42 Podstoczysko street, 07- 300 Ostrów Mazowiecka.

Personal data collected by Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. is processed in accordance with provisions on the protection of personal data of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”) and of Polish legal acts issued in relation to GDPR, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data processing. Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. keeps personal data confidential and secures it from unauthorised access by third parties according to provisions established in legal acts listed above.

Extent and aims of personal data processing

As part of its activity, Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. collects and processes personal data:

(a) for the aims related to legally substantiated interests realised by Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. as an administrator of personal data: in order to provide service for the Clients, marketing, including informing about events and promotions organised by Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. (e.g. in the form of a newsletter), as well as in relation to analysis and statistics and in order to ensure ICT security in relation to www.kruger.pl website (legal basis Article 6 Section 1 letter f GDPR);
(b) in order to perform agreements made between Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. and its clients, including organisation of trainings, in order to cooperate with suppliers and other entities working with Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. (legal basis Article 6 Section 1 letter b GDPR);
(c) for the purpose of recruitment of persons interested in working for or cooperating with Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. (legal basis Article 6 Section 1 letter a GDPR).

We also process personal data in order to fulfill the legal obligations of Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. (legal basis Article 6 Section 1 letter c GDPR).

Your rights

Your personal data is processed on voluntary basis, however, depending on circumstances your decision not to provide personal data or to demand their deletion may prevent us from e.g. contacting you, informing you about events and activity of Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o., or providing service to you.

For providing you with commercial information by electronic means, e.g. by e-mail, your prior consent is required, including consent granted by subscribing for our newsletter or placing a request to receive specific information.

In accordance with provisions of legal acts on the protection of personal data and to the extent thereof, you are entitled to access, correct, delete your personal data, to limit its processing, and to transfer your data.

If you do not wish for your personal data to be processed by Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. for commercial purposes, you can object to the processing of your data for this purpose anytime.

The right to lodge a complaint

You are entitled to lodge a complaint in relation to the processing of personal data by Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. to the President of Personal Data Protection Office (until 10 May 2018, the date of the regulation coming into force – the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection).

Processing period

Personal data will be processed, accordingly, until appropriate legally substantiated interests are realised by Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. as an administrator of data related to the processing of specific data, until the expiration date related to an agreement entailing personal data processing or expiration of obligations related to legal acts, until an objection against processing for commercial purpose is filed.

Newsletter and similar information are sent until an objection in this matter is filed.

Transferring personal data to other entities

The recipients of your personal data can be, in particular, the entities directly or indirectly related to Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o., in particular organisationally or personally, which are located in one of the Member States of the European Union, as well as external service providers (e.g. entities providing IT services, including cloud computing services, entities providing call center services, marketing and promotional services, other entities that process data on behalf of Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o., on the basis of personal data processing outsourcing agreements), accountants, statutory auditors, lawyers, administration bodies, national services and courts.

Your processing data is processed at the registered office of Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o.

Personal data is not transferred to states outside of the European Union. In the case of transfer of personal data to third states outside of the EU, Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. shall take appropriate measures to ensure security of your personal data.

With respect to the cooperation with its suppliers, subcontractors and entities related by way of organisation, Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o. may entrust those entities with the processing of your personal data. However, in each case these entities will be obligated to keep your personal data confidential in accordance with provisions on the protection of personal data and appropriate instructions from Kruger Polska Sp. z. o.o.

No profiling

Your personal data is not subject to profiling as one of the forms of automated personal data processing.

Changes in privacy policy

All changes introduced by us into the Privacy Policy in the future will be published on www.kruger.pl website, will be applied only in the future and will come into force after accepting the modified privacy policy which you will be informed about by way of a pop-up window. We kindly ask for regular monitoring of our website, if it is possible, in order to check for changes in the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept our Privacy Policy or changes in the Privacy Policy, you should cease using the website.
